Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (use full fat for best flavor & satiety)
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1–2 cloves garlic, finely grated or minced
1–2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional but adds flavor punch)
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional Boost:
Add a splash of water or olive oil if you want it thinner—or a few anchovy filets if you’re a purist.
How to Make:
Add all ingredients to a bowl or jar.
Whisk or shake until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust salt, lemon, or garlic to your liking.
Store in the fridge up to 5 days.
